This 4-class series, hands-on wood shop course teaches students safe and responsible use of tools while exploring design, construction, and finishing techniques through age-appropriate projects. Emphasizing creativity, craftsmanship, and safety, the class encourages problem-solving, collaboration, and skill development in a supportive shop environment. We place great value on a low student to instructor ratio, with two instructors for an eight student class. This course is designed for 5th-12 graders.
