Common Thread is an open workshop for anyone interested in any kind of sewing! Held in our Coworking Space at The Forge, Common Thread offers space, community, common hand tools for sewing, shared scrap materials and a monthly project to take part in. If you prefer to bring a project that you are already working on, we welcome that too! Come for the community and to share knowledge of your craft with each other!

With over 30 years of teaching experience, she inspires others through workshops that blend heritage, sustainability, and fashion-forward creativity. Sandra is a Bernina Ambassador and a featured artist with Threads Magazine, and has appeared on The Quilt Show, Quilting Arts TV, and Threads Magazine TV.
