Welcome to WONDER WOMEN WELDING, a female focused introductory MIG Welding course. Led by expert fabricator and artist Erin Hewgley, this class was created for women, female-identifying individuals, and anyone who prefers a “safe space” environment.
We provide a safe setting for learning one of metalworking’s most foundational skills. Students will learn how to safely weld mild steel stock, multiple joint styles, and walk away with a steel pen holder project.
Each student will get hands-on practice, each with a dedicated welder, and leave with a small finished project. All materials and PPE will be provided. This class is a pre-requisite for all other metalworking classes we offer.
All class enrollments are subject to a no-refund, no-transfer policy. Instructors have the right to refuse any enrollee who does not meet the age and/or prerequisite requirements without issuing any refund.
By purchasing a class, or gifting a class, you are agreeing to our policy. Please read the full FAQ and policy here: https://www.theforgenashville.org/class-policy-and-faq
