Age Requirement: 16+ (Anyone under the age of 18 must be accompanied to class by a parent/legal guardian to sign a waiver on their behalf.)
Instructor: Boogie Rocco
In this introductory class, students will fashion their own classic belt from genuine leather.
Learn about the properties of vegetable tanned leather, leatherworking tools, basic principles of cutting and finishing, and how to install a removeable buckle.
You will also have the option to add decorative stamping of letters or shapes.
Beginner friendly. No prior experience with leatherworking needed. All materials for this class will be supplied to students by The Forge.
*If possible, bring a belt that fits you well. This will help us cut the exact size for you.
